Planting Roots Strength2Thrive Conferences are a one-of-a-kind experience where military women come together to worship, connect (with both God and each other), and learn, walking away encouraged and equipped to do what God has called us to in the places we are planted. As a military women’s organization, all speakers and worship leaders are just that – military women and wives. Whether wearing a uniform or wife to a guy in uniform, we have all lived this life and have discovered two things: 1. Christ is a necessity. 2. We are stronger together.
Welcome to Planting Roots!
We would love for you to join us on October 19th at Village Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC as we join together again in real life with other military women and wives. You’ll be so glad you did! The speakers for the day will be amazing:
Sarah McKinney has been leading worship and performing vocally for over 25 years. In 2009, she released her first cd, “Immeasurably More,” and has led worship for numerous retreats and conferences, including sharing the stage with Laura Story in leading worship at the last International PWOC Conference in Nashville in 2012. Sarah has also been the backbone of Planting Root’s Worship Wednesday. With a gift for words and a heart for Jesus, Sarah lives and loves out loud as she encourages women to continue growing in their walk with Christ.
Sarah is married to her best friend and is a fully-engaged homeschool mom of three “full throttle” kiddos. She and her Soldier-husband are currently stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
